Well that didn't work out.
Took my mom and father-in-law to see it yesterday and....it definitely looks different in full daylight.
There were lots of issues we didn't see the first time...this one's a no-go.

We didn't end up doing much last night. The original plan was to go downtown with a bunch of my friends to First Night (basically a big party in downtown Columbia) but it was SO COLD!!! And it cost $20. so we passed on that and just watched House and had a wine cooler. and went to sleep.

Happy New Year! I'm sorry the apartment didn't work out. I know that you guys will find the perfect place soon.
Don't you hate that?! It's so hard to not notice the imperfections when you're so excited in the first walk-through. Glad you got to go back and see everything again.
There is a place for you guys! Don't give up hope. We looked through dozens of houses (some we drove to and I didn't even walk in because I knew they weren't for us) until we found our house. *HUGS*
